Here are a couple of pictures that George O sent me. It's a 12 volt AC-2786, AKA Motorola SM6T, AKA 596-12.

 Kinda dirty but manageable, does not appear to have been used as a door stop or sat in a puddle

Looks to be all there. some steel wool, wax and paint will do wonders.
